The Hastings Heritage Preservation Commission has established a Century Home Program to acknowledge residential structures of significant historical interest within the community. The intent of the program is to promote awareness and appreciation of Hastings’s architectural heritage and to recognize homes that contribute to the historical integrity of the neighborhoods in which they are located. Qualifying homes may purchase a historic building plaque for display according to the following guidelines. The program is voluntary for interested property owners.

The program is voluntary and at the request of the applicant. The applicant would only be required to pay the actual cost of the plaque charged by the foundry.
