City Council Sets Preliminary 2025 Budget & Property Tax Levy

At its Sept. 3 meeting, the Hastings City Council approved a preliminary 2025 budget and set a preliminary property tax levy. A truth in taxation hearing was set for Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
