The LOOP
The LOOP is a dial-a-ride* transportation service offered by the non-profit group, DARTS. This circulator bus operates on a loop around the city with scheduled stops and the flexibility to request a stop nearby. This service operates every Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Click on the link below to review the LOOP scheduled stops, expanded stop options, and frequently asked questions.
*You are not required to call in to reserve a ride, simply use the scheduled stops. You may call in if you would like to request a customized stop.
The LOOP is sponsored by the City of Hastings, Regina Hospital (part of Allina Health), The Saint Paul Foundation, Augustana-Park Ridge of Hastings, Friends of the Pleasant Hill Library, Oak Ridge Assisted Living of Hastings, BreakAway Arts Cafe, the Hastings Area YMCA, and Pat Powers & Dick Graham.

Public transportation for the Hastings area is available through Transit Link, a Regional dial-a-ride service provided by the Metropolitan Council in the seven-county metro area.

Call Transit Link weekdays between 7 a.m. & 3:30 p.m. to reserve a ride.
Hours of Service: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Fares: Fares are based on the distance traveled.
What is Transit Link?
Transit Link is the Twin Cities dial-a-ride minibus or van service for the general public, where regular route transit service is not available.
