Space is available at City Hall for public use, including indoor meeting rooms and outdoor space on the North Lawn. The Volunteer Room seats up to 10 people, and for larger groups, the Community Room seats up to 65. Public use of these rooms is allowed for non-profit clubs and organizations, family groups, festival events, ceremonies, and benefits. Staff will work with you to find the space that most closely meets your needs. Food and beverages (non-alcoholic) are allowed to be served; there will be a deposit required.

To reserve a room at City Hall, please complete a reservation application. To use a meeting room during normal business hours, we ask for 3 days advance notice. For reservations after normal business hours, please allow at least a week for us to schedule appropriate staff for your use. We will confirm reservations when a completed application form and any appropriate fees have been submitted. In the event staffing is not available, the City may not be able to accommodate your after hours request for City Hall facilities.

Fees

There is no charge for use of a City Hall meeting room conducted during regular City Hall business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. For usage outside these hours, a rental fee of $40.00 per hour is charged, with a two hour minimum.
