HEDRA adopted a Strategic Plan including a matrix of action steps on July 8, 2021.  The Strategic Plan Matrix is used to help guide future priorities and decisions.  Based on the strategic plan, HEDRA will be focusing on the following:

• Development or Redevelopment of Underutilized Sites
• Maintaining the Character of Hastings & Tourism Attraction
• Improvements to Development Process
• Business Retention and Expansion
