Every year, the City contracts or performs several key pavement maintenance and preservation activities on our streets in order to help slow the rate at which the streets wear out, extending their useful life.  These practices allow us to get the longest life possible from our streets.

Thin Overlay/Skim Patching

This project is typically scheduled to occur in late summer, and provides a temporary surface improvement on streets that are outside of the City's 5-year Capital Improvements Program for reconstruction, but otherwise need major maintenance to get them through the next several years without excessive ongoing patching attention.

Crack Sealing Program
This project is scheduled to occur in early summer, and more current information about scheduling will be posted here once it is known.  Please see below for a link to the map of affected streets, as well as project bid information.
