The city provides water and sewer utility service and to residents and businesses, and bills for water, sewer, storm water and state testing fees.

• Each residential property is billed quarterly (four times per year) on a staggered schedule (not all properties are billed at once).
• All bills are issued to property owners; the city does not put accounts in renters' names.
