Public meetings will continue to offer a Zoom platform link for those who do not want to participate in person. This platform is free for the public and can be accessed via a computer, laptop, tablet or a phone.

If you plan to participate in a public meeting, please prepare ahead of time by downloading the app or reviewing the meeting tutorial. You will have the option to use a Raise Your Hand feature so that the meeting leader can call on you at the appropriate time.

Watch from Home
Public meetings will be available for viewing on Hastings Community Television. To watch the virtual meeting in real time, you can tune in to Cable Channel 15 (HD 859) or watch a live stream on Facebook Live via the HCTV Facebook page. Recordings will be available on the HCTV YouTube channel and cable channel 15 immediately following the completion of the meeting.

All public city meetings will be televised on Hastings Community Television. To the extent practical, members of the public will be allowed to monitor the meeting electronically from a remote location utilizing the Zoom application. Any persons making a connection may be required to pay for the documented additional cost that the City incurs as a result of the additional connection. Further detail on how to view and participate in the public meeting and a copy of the meeting agenda and packet will be posted on the City’s website or you may contact City Hall at 651-480-2350.
