Youth Impact Council
(formerly Youth First Planning Council)
Youth Impact Council (YIC) is a Hastings High School student organization that provides leadership training and service opportunities for high school students.

• Participants have a chance to serve both in the school and the community.
• Projects and activities are brought to the group based on student interest and community requests.
• Monthly meetings are held before school and additional committee meetings are scheduled throughout the year.
• The group has designed and implemented a community service lettering policy as a way to recognize the efforts of the members.
• This group is a great way to get involved and "Do Something" and also a great way to meet new people!
