As of October 1, 2024 our Memorial Bench and Tree Program is on hold. We will not be taking any additional requests this fall. Please check back Spring of 2025. 

Memorial Bench & Tree Brochure

• A dedication to loved ones by placing a tree or bench in one of Hastings’ parks or along a City trail.

Benches

• 6' long vinyl coated metal bench
• Engraved metal plaque
• Color choices: green, blue, brown
• Installed on a concrete pad
• Cost: $1,000

Trees

• 2 - 2.5 inches in diameter, balled and bur lapped
• Engraved plaque placed at City Hall
• Tree choices: Linden, Maple, Elm, Oak
• Cost: $400
