The City of Hastings hosts summer programs at Levee Park. All events take place at the Rotary Pavilion at Levee Park, 20 Ramsey Street, and along the Hastings Riverwalk. Enjoy music, performances, movies, story times, bike with a ranger and more! Free of charge, June through September.

Summer Kick Off 

Cancelled due to forecasted thunderstorms

Tuesday, June 4th -- 5:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Kick off the summer with food trucks, a motorized race course, an inflatable obstacle course, a bounce house, airbrush tattoos, henna artists, caricature artists, and more! All ages are welcome.

Make Music Day

Cancelled due to forecasted thunderstorms

Friday, June 21st

Musicians will play throughout Hastings, including Levee Park. Enjoy a variety of live music from local talent, food trucks, music trivia and gift card giveaways! Visit the City of Hastings Facebook page to learn about locations and times. All ages are welcome.

Party in the Park

Tuesday, July 30th -- 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Celebrate National Parks and Recreation Month with live music from Ecuador Manta, food trucks, activity booths, caricature artists, inflatables, a bubbler, face painting, henna, and airbrush tattoos. All ages are welcome.

Cost: Free

  • Food trucks require cash or card

 

Movies in the Park

Watch a family friendly movie on our big screen. Come an hour early for free activities and giveaways! All ages are welcome. Sponsored by: Ardent Mills.

Cost: Non-perishable food donation

 

Comedy in the Park

NEW! Recommended for families in June and adults in September. Sponsored by: SMEAD Manufacturing Company.

Cost: Free

 

Storytime in the Park

Enjoy big book stories, games, songs, snacks, and giveaways! A partnership with Pleasant Hill Library. Recommended for ages 7 and under.

Cost: Free

 

Bike with a Ranger

Ride the 10-mile loop guided by a park ranger. Learn about local wildlife and history. Bring your bicycle and helmet. Recommended for teens and adults. A partnership with the National Park Service. Registration required: www.hastingsmn.gov or 651-480-6182.

Music in the Park

Experience live music along the Mississippi Riverfront. Supported by: The Ruth and George Doffing Charitable Fund. All ages welcome. Recommended for adults.
